Why do I keep seeing 'invalid account' / ‘authorization failed’ / ‘unauthorized’ when I try to log into MetaTrader?

Answer

The 'invalid account' / ‘authorization failed’ / ‘unauthorized’messages are prompted by an incorrect password, incorrect MT4 login number or incorrect server selection.

 

Please refer to the email you received when creating your account for this information. We recommend you copy and paste your password directly from the email to avoid any mistakes and make sure not to copy extra spaces before and after the password.
