Question
Why am I having trouble making a withdrawal in Bitcoin?

Answer

Before you will be able to submit a Bitcoin withdrawal request, you will need to create a Bit wallet within your Backoffice profile (once logged in to your Backoffice profile, scroll down to the bottom of the page. There you will find three options: Open live account, Open demo account, Create wallet) and transfer your funds internally from your USD denominated account to your Bit wallet. An internal transfer is executed in your Backoffice profile, too. Click on the "Withdraw" tab, choose "Inter Account Transfer" and fill out the form and click on the Submit button. A confirmation link will be sent to your email address and you will need to click on this link to confirm the transfer.

Once you transfer your funds to Bit wallet, you can submit a Bitcoin withdrawal request.
