How can I change my Backoffice profile password?


To change your existing profile password go to your Backoffice and then the Profile section > Backoffice password change.

If you have forgotten or lost your Backoffice password and you want to change/reset it, go to our website and click on the Backoffice login button. Once you have done that you will be taken to the Backoffice login page. Just below the login and password boxes there is a remind password link. Click on the link and then follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have done that, go ahead and check your email box. You will receive an email containing a link.

Don’t panic if you didn’t receive our email; check your spam folder, sometimes our emails may end up there. The moment you click on this link, our system will redirect you to a page where you will need to enter your new password twice. Enter your new password and press the Submit button. That is all there is to it.
