There could be many reasons for this, but two major ones are:
1) We haven't received your payment because of a clerical mistake in the transfer you initiated
2) We received your money, but haven't been able to identify that it belongs to you. This could happen if you registered as an individual but send the money from a corporate account or some other third party. Please note that third party transfers are not allowed.
To be sure what caused the issue, please send us a bank receipt so we can check more thoroughly.
