This message means that the bonus, which was initially credited on deposit, has been removed from an account. This could happen for two following reasons:
1) You successfully met the trading requirements to keep your bonus and it has been converted to your balance (available for withdrawal). If this is your case, you should be able to see a transaction with the comment ""Bonus convert (ID XXXXX)"
2) According to the Terms & Conditions of our Bonus programme you didn't meet the volume requirements within 90 days; OR the initial deposit or some part of it has been withdrawn (or transferred to another account); OR the account reached the margin call level and your bonus was removed
