Question
Why can't I use my US/Canadian bank card?

Answer

Deposits by credit/debit card are temporarily unavailable for US/Canada residents. We will keep you abreast of developments and will notify you when the service becomes available again.  You can still fund your account by wire transfer, bitcoin or ePayments. Bitcoins can be easily purchased with cards at www.coinbase.com. You may also be interested in www.localbitcoins.com to find other ways to purchase bitcoins.  Once you have purchased the coins, you can then deposit them with us.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
