Question
How can I withdraw funds as a US resident?

Answer

According to company policy, you can only withdraw funds in the same way you initially funded your account. However, if your initial deposit method has been suspended (e.g. UPayCard), you can request to have other withdrawal methods enabled for you.

All payment options that you see in the Deposit section of your Backoffice can be made available for withdrawals as well – simply let us know by submitting a ticket (we will reply within 12 hours).

The following are our recommended withdrawal options for US clients as of 6 February, 2019. We are working on adding more withdrawal options as we speak.

Via Wire Transfer:

Minimum amount for withdrawal: 1,000 USD or equivalent. Withdrawal fees: 0.25% (min 150 EUR, max 1000 EUR).

If you would like to withdraw less than the specified amount, please consider using one of the alternative methods below.
