Deposit/withdrawal transactions can be easily checked from within:
Backoffice > click on your account number > scroll down and go to the Instructions tab.
You will see below the transaction statuses and the meaning of each status:
- Pending: the transaction hasn’t been confirmed at the client’s end.
- Confirmed: the transaction has been confirmed by client and is in queue to be processed.
- Completed: the transaction has been processed and the funds have been sent out/to the client’s account.
