How can I change the email associated with my account?

Answer

You can change your registered email address within your Backoffice user profile.

1) Please ensure that you have verified phone number in your Backoffice
2) Go to Profile > Email change
3) Then enter your new email and the confirmation code that we will have sent to your phone

If everything is done correctly your new email address should be updated.
