If my verification code timed out, what do I do?

Please log in to your Backoffice profile, click on the Deposit tab > VISA or Mastercard. Choose the card you have previously entered and click 'Verify Card'. Enter the verification code you received and click the ‘Submit’ button. It the code is correct, you’ll be transferred to the next stage of verification.
