There could be many factors causing this issue:
- You didn’t enter the number in the correct international format.
- Your number is in the DND list (Do Not Disturb), which allows users to opt out of receiving marketing SMS.
*Please note that mobile phone verification is not mandatory. You can leave it unverified and still use your account.
